All sales made on our website are final and non-refundable. We do not offer any returns policy (only size exchange)unless the product received is damaged or defective.

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with the proof of video recording while opening the parcel. We will review your request and may request further information such as photos or videos to verify the issue. If approved, we will provide you with a replacement or a refund at our discretion. We issue refunds for product within 12 days of the original purchase of the product.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange request that does not meet our policies or that we determine to be fraudulent or abusive.
